ReMA

One product, shaped to how you work.

ReMA is a standard product for any company that sends people into stores to sell or to merchandise. Each company gets its own login code, its own data, and only the modules it needs.

Built with agencies

Merchandising agencies

You have the foot soldiers. What's been missing is technology that keeps up: most agencies are stuck on legacy platforms that struggle with dashboards and real-time data, or on WhatsApp and Excel.

  • Set each principal up as its own company in ReMA, with its own stores, products and reports
  • Send every principal the Sunday review as proof of execution, ready-made
  • Show live share of shelf and availability in client meetings, on your phone
  • Pay merchandisers from the monthly report: visits, days worked, start and end times
  • Check-ins inside the store's geofence with a selfie, so visits are real

What changes in the first month

  1. Week 1

We load your outlets, people and products. Your team signs in on their own phones.

  2. First Sunday

The first weekly review lands at 8pm. Forward it to your principal on Monday.

  3. Weeks 2–4

Supervisors manage from the dashboard instead of calls and WhatsApp photos.

  4. 1st of the month

The merchandiser report goes to HR for pay.

Field sales and pre-sellers

Your reps already visit the store. ReMA lets them check the shelf and take the order in the same visit, so every call ends with stock on the way, not a promise.

  • Orders from the store's catalogue in pieces or cases, with the right discount for that chain or outlet
  • Stamped LPOs, cheque photos and mobile-money proof attached to the order
  • Orders e-mailed to your order desk at once, plus an end-of-day spreadsheet
  • Calls, productive calls, lines per call and value by chain, rep and product
  • Works in general trade and modern trade, offline when there's no signal

Why one app for both

The rep who sees the empty facing should be the one who fills it. When the audit and the order live in the same visit, you can see whether out-of-stocks turn into orders, store by store.

Manufacturers and brand owners

Whether merchandisers are on your payroll or an agency's, see the same numbers: availability, price compliance against RRP and share of shelf against target, across every chain. Measured from photos and audits, not estimated.

Trade marketing gets competitor activity with stamped photos; sales gets out-of-stocks the same day.

Distributors

Prove execution to the brands you carry, pre-sell to your outlets, and track sell-out against store targets daily, weekly and month to date. Upload store sell-out from Excel where you already have it.

Outlet mapping in general trade

Map and recruit outlets with store type, listed items, a photo and GPS, to grow numeric distribution. Outlet mapping can run as its own company, separate from merchandising.

HR and finance

A monthly merchandiser report e-mailed on the 1st: visits, days worked, average start and end of day, and store performance. The numbers behind pay, without disputes.
