ReMA is priced per user per month. A team of 10 pays for 10; when you grow to 30, so does the bill. No hardware to buy: your team uses the phones they already carry.

The field app
Check-in and check-out, availability and price, AI share of shelf, competitor activity and document scans. Offline, on any smartphone browser.
Dashboards and reports
Daily, store and chain dashboards, 30-day trends, the Sunday 8pm review deck and the monthly merchandiser report.
Set-up and support
We load your outlets, people and products, set targets with you and support your team on WhatsApp.
Optional modules — orders, sell-out, short expiry, extra displays, shopper surveys and outlet mapping — are quoted with your users. Ask us for a price for your team size.
A one-month trial with your own data
A demo shows ReMA. A trial shows your stores. Run it with a few merchandisers on real routes, and judge it on the Sunday reviews it produces.
Send us your lists
Outlets with locations, the people in the field, and the products you audit. An Excel sheet is fine.
We set up your company
Your login code, chains, clusters, targets and report recipients, usually within a few days.
Your team signs in
Each person gets a welcome e-mail, sets an authenticator code and adds ReMA to their home screen.
Work as normal for a month
Weekly reviews arrive every Sunday at 8pm. We stay close on WhatsApp for questions.
Decide
Keep going on a monthly per-user plan, or stop. Your data stays yours either way.
Common questions
Do merchandisers need company e-mail?
No. Any personal e-mail works for sign-in, such as Gmail. Supervisors often use their work address.
What phones does it need?
Any recent smartphone with a camera, GPS and a browser such as Chrome. Nothing to install from an app store.
Who owns the data?
You do. Each company's data is kept separate and is never shown to another client. We'll sign an NDA before you share your lists.
How long are photos kept?
Six months by default. Dashboards and reports keep their numbers after photos are cleared.
Can we run it outside Kenya?
Yes. ReMA is already in use in Uganda, and currency and time zone are set per company.
